1. Services Agreement
Depot Ant provides Amazon PPC management services (“Services”) to clients (“Client”, “you”, or “your”). By engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
2. Service Description
Our Services include Amazon advertising campaign management, optimization, and reporting as detailed in your specific service package. We act solely as a service provider and do not resell Amazon’s services or act as a payment intermediary for Amazon.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for:
* Providing accurate account information
* Maintaining sufficient funds in their Amazon advertising account
* Promptly responding to requests for information
* Making independent decisions regarding ad spend
* Directly paying Amazon for all advertising costs
4. Payment Terms
* Service fees are charged monthly as per your selected package
* Payments are due within 7 days of invoice date
* We accept direct bank transfer and credit card payments via Stripe
* Late payments may result in service suspension
* Prices are exclusive of VAT where applicable
5. Service Period and Cancellation
* Services are provided on a month-to-month basis
* Clients may cancel with 14 days written notice before the next billing cycle
* No refunds are provided for partial months
6. Limitation of Liability
Depot Ant makes no guarantees regarding specific results from our Services. We are not responsible for changes to Amazon’s platform or policies that may affect campaign performance.
7. Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential and will not share your data with third parties except as required to perform our Services.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, strategies, and deliverables created by Depot Ant remain our intellectual property unless otherwise specified in writing.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or, if necessary, through arbitration in the United Kingdom.
10. Modifications
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website.
